Plans are developed for each individual in consultation with the patient, family, and personal physician. An RN from the Wartburg coordinates all services, and nursing staff is available by phone 24/7.

Services may include:

  • Nursing care
  • Social Work
  • Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies
  • Audiology
  • Home Health and Personal Care Aides
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Social Day Care/Transportation
  • Medical Equipment and Supplies

Covered by Medicaid (including spousal), Medicare, or select insurance plans in certain cases, and private pay.
