Our NYS Licensed Home Care Services Agency provides temporary or ongoing assistance at home to people with personal care or other health-related needs. Each person receives an individually tailored plan of care in consultation with the patient, family, and physician.

Supervised by The Wartburg's nursing staff, services provided on an hourly, daily or live-in basis may include:

• Escort Services (medical appointments, shopping)
