in a Flourishing Community.
The Wartburg Adult Care Community is founded on a vision of care that seeks to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Started in 1866 as a Lutheran social ministry, we uphold our Mission of empowering elders to live with dignity, prolonged independence, and greater well-being. Our not-for-profit organization offers comprehensive healthcare services, an array of housing options, and state-of-the-art facilities, all uniquely focused on caring for aging adults.
The beautiful grounds of our wooded, 36-acre campus reflect and support this pursuit. The Wartburg is commonly regarded as one of Westchester's most picturesque skilled nursing facilities. From Romanesque to ultra-modern, our buildings house over 240 beds. And, our assisted living community, aptly named Meadowview, exemplifies the most innovative approach to eldercare. Both on and off campus, we provide compassionate service for over 750 individuals and employ more than 600 staff members.
Providing exceptional care begins by cultivating exceptional careers. Whether you seek to enhance your clinical skills or further your leadership abilities, you'll find unlimited opportunities for career development at The Wartburg. Employees work within a collaborative environment and are encouraged to contribute to decision-making processes while upholding our Values and Standards. Experienced mentors offer preceptorship in the latest techniques within a wide range of modalities. Areas of Expertise encompass Adult Day Care, Home Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing. Additionally, our continuum of care is complete with educational, counseling, medical diagnostic and treatment services.
We seek dedicated, professional employees to contribute to our commitment of exceptional care for seniors in lower Westchester and surrounding communities.
