For those wishing to remain at home in their community, or for caregivers seeking a much needed break, Club Wartburg insures supervision, health care, and recreation.

Specially designed for both healthy and frail adults including those with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, physical disabilities, or recovering from illness.

We offer both Social and Medical Models, and are open seven days a week, including holidays, with extended hours to meet caregivers' needs.

Both models offer nutritious meals and refreshments, including take-home suppers when needed. On-site psychiatry, podiatry, psychological and dental services, and round trip transportation are also available. Our multi-lingual team speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
